Nikolay Grachev

Nikolay Grachev is a seasoned executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in office management solutions and investment. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CEO of yoffix since December 2020, Nikolay focuses on simplifying hybrid work through a people-focused workplace management platform. Additionally, Nikolay is a member of the Office & Mixed-Use Council at the Urban Land Institute and co-founded TEAMZoffice, offering flexible office spaces in Berlin. An investor in GuestReady and Teraki GmbH, Nikolay supports innovative solutions in the hospitality and AI sectors. Previously, as Vice President and Executive Director of the Energy Cluster at the Skolkovo Foundation, Nikolay oversaw a portfolio of over 350 startups. With prior roles at Roland Berger as a Partner and McKinsey & Company as a Fellow, Nikolay has significant expertise in strategic consulting and M&A across various industries. Educationally, Nikolay holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and a Master in Political Theory from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
