Rachel MacCleery

Rachel MacCleery serves as Co Executive Director and Senior Vice President at the Urban Land Institute, with previous experience as Vice President and Managing Director. Prior roles include Program Manager and Deputy Director for Infrastructure at AECOM International Development, Transportation Planner and Capital City Fellow with the District of Columbia Government, Summer Intern at CARE China, and Research Associate at Energy & Environmental Analysis. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Public Affairs and Urban and Regional Planning from Princeton University, completed between 1999 and 2001, and was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship for Chinese language study in Taiwan from 1996 to 1997.
