Sam Mullins

Senior Associate at Urban Land Institute

Sam Mullins is a seasoned professional in urban planning and real estate, currently serving as a Senior Associate at the Urban Land Institute since January 2018. In this role, Sam manages key member networks, spearheads strategic planning for major events, and leads membership retention initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as a Project Coordinator for the DowntownDC BID, where Sam managed projects related to urban planning, and gained experience in community engagement through roles at Virginia New Majority and the Human Rights Campaign. Sam holds a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a minor in Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
