Samantha Kempe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the investment and real estate sectors. Currently serving as an Executive Committee member at the Urban Land Institute since April 2024, Samantha also co-founded IMMO Investment Technologies in August 2017, where Samantha holds the position of Chief Investment Officer. Previously, Samantha contributed to the Investment Property Forum as a Committee Member from January 2018 to January 2023, and led the Women in Business Club as Co-President at London Business School from January 2017 to January 2018. Earlier in their career, Samantha worked as a Portfolio Manager at The Blackstone Group from February 2012 to March 2016. Samantha's academic credentials include an M.B.A. from London Business School and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and Investment from Kingston University.
