Charlene Sholes

Charlene Sholes, MPA, currently serves as the Site Supervisor and Program Coordinator for the Urban League of Broward County, where responsibilities include supervising educational and recreational programs for children. Previous experience includes a teaching role at Broward County Public Schools, serving as Education Director for The Roots Fund Incorporated, and advocating for children as Child Advocate Manager with the State of Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program. Complementing a strong educational background with a Master's in Public Administration from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Johnson & Wales University, Charlene has also held various roles in educational settings and operations management, demonstrating a commitment to effective program development and compliance in child advocacy.
