Lee Herron Salter

Lee Herron Salter currently serves as the Director of Corporate Partnerships and Marketing at the Urban League of Central Carolinas, beginning in February 2024. Previously, Lee held the position of Program Director at the Women's Business Center of Charlotte, where responsibilities included business development and strategic partnerships. As the Founder of The Lee Salter Creative Firm from March 2019 to March 2023, Lee specialized in creative problem solving and branded content. Lee also worked as the Marketing & Creative Director at Liberation Church from January 2016 to December 2020, leading the creative team in developing marketing strategies across various media. Additionally, Lee was the Creative Director at CEO Magazine from January 2018 to November 2020, focusing on visual branding and design. Lee holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Montclair State University.
