Jessica Rademaker

Jessica Rademaker is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, marketing, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Special Initiatives Manager at the Urban League of Essex County, Jessica has held various roles including Member and Event Services Manager at the Greater Newark Convention and Visitors Bureau and Associate Director of Marketing and Development at Newark Symphony Hall. Jessica has a strong background in arts promotion, health services, and nonprofit management, having worked with organizations such as Jewish Renaissance Medical Center and YMCA. Additionally, Jessica has acted as an instructor and choreographer for Step 4 Step Soul Line Dancers since 2013. Jessica holds a B.S. in Leadership and Management Studies from New York University and an A.A.S. in Business, Marketing from the same institution.
