Juan Perez

Juan Perez currently serves as the Director of Family Growth and Child Development at the Urban League of Greater Pittsburgh, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Juan held the role of Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and Corporate Engagement at the Holy Family Institute from August 2022 to August 2023. From August 2019 to August 2022, Juan was the Senior Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania, where efforts focused on optimizing youth engagement through culturally-diverse programming and training to combat unconscious bias and racism. Prior to this, Juan served as Vice President of Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania from October 2017 to August 2019, providing leadership for multiple clubs and enhancing community outreach. Juan holds an Associate's degree in General Studies from Quinsigamond Community College.
