Andrew Kemp

Andrew Kemp has extensive experience in program management and workforce development, currently serving as a Management Assistant for Jersey City Recreation since May 2014, overseeing all basketball operations and managing a team of 30 employees. Additionally, Kemp has held the position of Program Manager at Urban League of Hudson County Inc. since September 2005, where responsibilities include engaging health and business agencies for employment and substance abuse programs while supervising students in training. Previous roles also include Employer Relations Specialist for Jersey City Employment and Training, where efforts focused on connecting residents with job opportunities, and various positions at Worldwide Educational Services that encompassed job development, counseling, and education. Kemp holds a degree from New Jersey City University and completed secondary education at Lincoln High School.
