Barry Neal

Barry Neal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business analysis, software engineering, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Admin Advisor for the Urban League Young Professionals of Metropolitan St. Louis, Barry focuses on fostering professional development and community empowerment. Previously, Barry held the role of Senior Business System Analyst at Centene Corporation, driving essential initiatives for provider reporting in an Agile environment. Barry's background also includes positions as Program System Analyst III at Washington University in St. Louis, Programmer Analyst II at the Saint Louis Metropolitan Police Department, and various roles within the Urban League Young Professionals. Barry holds an AAS in Information Systems - Programming from St. Louis Community College and additional education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis.
