Scott Winfrey

Scott Winfrey is a Workforce Development Specialist at the Urban League of Metropolitan St. Louis since October 2021. Previously, Scott served as a Bachelor's in Education Studies Ambassador and Program Assistant at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from January 2019 to September 2020. Scott has experience as a Substitute Teacher with Kelly Services from January 2017 to March 2020 and with the Ritenour School District from April 2015 to December 2016. Scott holds a Master of Education in Adult and Higher Education from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis (2020-2022), a Bachelor's degree in Educational Studies from the same institution (2017-2019), and an Associate of Arts in Teacher Education and Professional Development from St. Louis Community College (2015-2017).
