Tanika Woodruff

Tanika Woodruff is an experienced professional in community programs and housing services, currently serving as Community Programs Manager at Our Just Future since September 2024, while also holding the position of Housing Specialist at the Urban League of Portland since August 2021. Previously, Tanika worked as Assistant Housing Program Manager at the Urban League of Portland and as Rent Assistance Coordinator at Home Forward from August 2017 to September 2021. Tanika's career also includes experience as a Housing Search Advocate at Human Solutions and as an Eligibility Worker II for the County of Monterey, along with a role as Client Services Coordinator at the Monterey County AIDS Project from July 2002 to July 2006.
