Al Abdallah

Al Abdallah is the current COO at Urban League of San Diego County. Prior to that, they worked at State Farm Insurance for 27 years, where they were the Auto Claims Team Manager. Al was responsible for making decisions regarding claim settlement value, liability factors, and policy interpretation. Al also oversaw claim file reviews and performance management within their area of responsibility.

Before State Farm, Al Abdallah served in the United States Army for three years as a Military Policeman. Al's duties included protecting lives and property on Army installations, preparing incident and accident reports, patrolling the base, issuing citations, preventing crime, providing area security, and working with Military Police Investigators on Police Intelligence Operations.

Al Abdallah has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California State University, Long Beach and is certified from the California Department of Insurance as a Licensed Fire and Casualty/Life Insurance Broker.
