Valerie Grady, LMT, is a highly experienced licensed massage therapist and entrepreneur, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of The Ritual Massage and Wellness since February 2022, where Valerie successfully launched a personal massage practice and significantly increased social media following. Valerie has extensive experience in providing therapeutic massage and body treatments, having worked at Urban Nirvana, LLC since August 2021, and previously at Massage Envy and Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa. Valerie’s background also includes a lead bartending role at Sunset Country Club and a keyholder position at Claire's. Valerie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Health Informatics from the University of South Carolina Upstate and an Associate's degree in Science from Midlands Technical College, in addition to a certificate in Massage Therapy from Central Carolina Technical College.
