Brittney Jackson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Brittney started their career as an Urban Programming Intern at SiriusXM in 2009. Later, they worked as a Programming Intern at iHeartMedia in 2011. In the same year, they joined Katz Media Group as a National Sales Assistant & Political Ad Specialist, where they supported high volume sales representatives and managed TV ad business.

In 2012, Jackson became the Programming Director for The HBCU Buzz Show at HBCU Buzz. In 2013, they worked as a Brand Ambassador at MKTG and also joined Radio One as an Account Executive, where they identified and implemented integrated marketing campaigns.

At Radio One, from 2015 to 2017, they served as a Local Sales Manager and was responsible for recruiting and training sales staff, developing sales action plans, and managing the market internship program. Brittney also exceeded budget targets and spoke at the 2016 NABEF Media Sales Institute.

In 2021, Jackson founded Fertility Ain't Fair, a yet-to-be-specified organization. Brittney then joined Metro Referral Associates, Inc. in 2022 as a Referral Agent Associate.

Currently, they hold the position of Director, Integrated Marketing (Reach Media & Radio One) at Urban One, Inc. where they lead strategic sales initiatives and marketing ideation, maximizing revenue and developing ad presentations for local, regional, and national clients.

Brittney Jackson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism and Entrepreneurship from Howard University. Brittney has also obtained several certifications, including Brand and Marketing Integration and Communicating with Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn. Additionally, they received certifications such as Certified Integrated Media Specialist from The Center for Sales Strategy in 2015 and Leadership Development Program for Radio & Television Broadcasters from the National Association of Broadcasters Education Foundation in 2014. In 2013, they completed certifications in Getting That First Appointment and How Selling for Media from The Center for Sales Strategy. Brittney is also a CSS Certified Media Seller from The Center for Sales Strategy.
