Debbie Kwei-Cook

Debbie Kwei-Cook is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across the media industry. Currently serving as General Sales Manager and Local Sales Manager at Urban One, Inc. since August 2018, Debbie also holds the position of Integrated Marketing Specialist at Radio One, a role commenced in October 2015. As CEO/President of MTB "My Talent Bank" Group since October 2012, Debbie leads a branding, sales, and marketing agency dedicated to connecting people and products through strategic marketing initiatives. Previously, Debbie served as VP/General Manager at Radio One from September 2000 to July 2012 and as General Sales Manager at CBS Radio from May 1990 to September 2000. Debbie has a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, obtained between 1980 and 1984, following graduation from Aliquippa Senior High School in 1980.
