Jerome Massey

Jerome Massey has extensive work experience in network engineering and infrastructure technology. Jerome has held various roles in different companies, including Urban One, Inc, Luminis Health, Summit Human Capital, Bon Secours Health System, Richmond Public Schools, Ferguson Enterprises, Ferguson (TEK Systems), and Verizon. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for upgrading and maintaining network infrastructure, coordinating with vendors and project teams, implementing configuration changes on Cisco and Juniper routers and switches, managing support channels, conducting site surveys, and ensuring network security. Jerome has also supervised teams and served as a project manager and scheduler.

Jerome Massey has studied computer science at Strayer University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in CCNA Routing & Switching and CCENT from Cisco in September 2016 and March 2016, respectively.
