Shana Dunning

Shana Dunning currently serves as the Manager of Business & Legal Affairs at Urban One, Inc., a position held since January 2023. Prior to this role, Shana worked as Counsel for IP & Content at Meta from 2022 to 2023, and served as an Attorney at Cowan, Liebowitz & Latman, P.C. from 2021 to 2022. Between 2017 and 2020, Shana was an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney's Office. Shana holds a Juris Doctorate from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and has completed undergraduate education at Spelman College.
