The Life Skills and Community Engagement team at Urban Peak empowers youth experiencing homelessness by providing essential life skills training and fostering community connections. They work to build self-sufficiency and encourage active participation in the community, helping youth achieve stable, independent lives.

Life Skills and Community Engagement

The Operations and Development team at Urban Peak ensures the efficient functioning of daily activities while driving strategic growth and funding initiatives. This team manages operations, develops and maintains donor relations, plans and executes fundraising events, and coordinates communications, all with the aim of supporting Urban Peak’s mission to help youth exit homelessness and achieve self-sufficiency.

Operations and Development

The Direct Care Team at Urban Peak provides immediate support and counseling to youth experiencing homelessness. Team members work directly with individuals to address their needs, offer guidance, and facilitate access to resources, helping them transition to stable and self-sufficient lives.
