Shishir Agrawal

Shishir Agrawal has been working in various roles since 2003. Shishir began their career as a Sales & Marketing Officer at Hero Corporate Services (Hero Group), where they provided strategic and tactical leadership. In 2005, they moved to ABN AMRO Bank N.V. as a Business Development Executive, responsible for enhancing profitability, sales, and market share. From 2006 to 2021, they worked as a Sr. Manager at HDFC Bank, managing liabilities business, team building, channel sales, and large geographies. In 2015, they started SA Smart Solutions, a company providing end-to-end solutions for printing, marketing, and advertisements. In 2020, they became the CEO and Co-Founder of Urban Plants. Most recently, in 2021, they joined the Khoj Cohort 4 at Atal Incubation Centre - BIMTECH.

Shishir Agrawal attended the Punjab Agricultural University, Ludhiana from 2020 to 2021, where they obtained a Punjab Agri Business Incubation degree. Shishir also attended the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a PGDM degree.
