Gauthier Moreels

Gauthier Moreels is a seasoned real estate developer and architect with extensive experience in project management and construction across Belgium and Switzerland. Currently serving as a Developpeur immobilier at Urban Project SA since June 2022, Gauthier has worked on significant projects, including the LA PALA and LA PRARIE DE JERICHO developments in Bulle, Switzerland. Previously, roles included Direction des travaux at Doutaz SA, overseeing the construction of the ABG project, and Project Manager at JCX IMMO, managing multi-unit housing developments. Gauthier's background also encompasses architectural leadership positions at GMA and other firms, highlighting expertise in design and execution across a range of residential and commercial projects. Gauthier holds a Master of Architecture from Université catholique de Louvain and has pursued additional education at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
