Joshua Greenwald

Joshua Greenwald is an experienced property administrator currently with Urban Renaissance Group since July 2022. Previously, Joshua served as an operations assistant at Fiduciary Real Estate Development, managing support tickets and liaising with clients to resolve software issues. Joshua also worked as a leasing consultant at Weidner Apartment Homes, significantly improving building occupancy and enhancing resident retention. Prior roles include associate residence life coordinator at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, overseeing recruitment and training for a large staff, and serving as an AmeriCorps Urban Education Fellow at Great Oaks Charter Schools. Joshua holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
