Justin Benson

Justin Benson is an experienced building engineer with a diverse background in maintenance and operations management. Since January 2019, Justin has held the position of Senior Building Engineer at Urban Renaissance Group while also serving as the Supervisor of Plant Operations at M.P. Retirement Community since March 2017. Prior to these roles, Justin worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at Weidner Apartment Homes, overseeing multiple complexes and coordinating renovation efforts. Justin's previous experience includes serving as a Maintenance Supervisor at Farrington Court and Stellar Senior Living, managing staff and operations while also handling administrative responsibilities. Justin began a career in management as a Housekeeping Supervisor at Leisure Care, focusing on staff management and budget maintenance. Educationally, Justin obtained a GED from Green River College between 2008 and 2009.
