Matthew Simo

Matthew Simo is the President and Chief Investment Officer at Urban Renaissance Group since October 2006. Previously, Matthew worked as a Financial Analyst at Trizec Properties from June 2005 to October 2006. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Wisconsin School of Business (2000-2004) and is currently pursuing the Advanced Management Development Program in Real Estate at Harvard University (2021-2022). In their current role, Matthew is responsible for research, analysis, and due diligence in the acquisition and development of commercial assets, evaluating investment opportunities through market analysis and financial underwriting.
