Phillip P has a diverse and extensive work history. Phillip started their career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate from 2008 to 2011. Phillip then held various roles within the Navy, including Assistant Chief Building Engineer/CTT and Personnel Specialist/Maintenance Planner, from 2012 to 2017. After leaving the Navy, they worked as an HVAC Engineer at CBRE from 2017 to 2019. Following that, they served as a Lead Facilities Technician at Able Services from 2019 to 2020. Phillip P then joined Urban Renaissance Group as a Senior Engineer from 2020 to 2023 before becoming the Chief Building Engineer. Additionally, they established their own business as the owner of Arthouse Syndicate LLC in 2022.
Phillip P began their education journey in 2018 when they attended American Military University and completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, which they obtained in 2020. During the same year, they also attended B.R. Engelking HVAC Training School, where they obtained a certification in ACHP 105 for Air Conditioning Heat Pumps.
In terms of additional certifications, Phillip P has obtained several throughout their career. In 2018, they became certified in Z1000 Motor Drive Installation by Yaskawa America, Inc. - Drives & Motion Division, as well as certified in Preventive Maintenance by Qwik Products by Mainstream Engineering. In 2016, they acquired the certification of Electrical Equipment Repairperson from the U.S. Department of Labor. Prior to that, in 2014, they obtained certification in Disaster Preparedness I (CDP-I) by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and in 2012, they became a Certified Safety Technician through the World Safety Organization. Furthermore, in 2019, Phillip P obtained the AD01 Electrical Administrator certification from WA Labor and Industries.
There are also several certifications mentioned for which the obtained month and year are not provided. These include Boiler Fireman Grade 4, EPA 608 Universal, Refigeration Operating Engineer C, and Refrigeration Journeyman Mechanic A, all obtained through the City of Seattle.
