Phillip P has a diverse and extensive work history. Phillip started their career in the US Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate from 2008 to 2011. Phillip then held various roles within the Navy, including Assistant Chief Building Engineer/CTT and Personnel Specialist/Maintenance Planner, from 2012 to 2017. After leaving the Navy, they worked as an HVAC Engineer at CBRE from 2017 to 2019. Following that, they served as a Lead Facilities Technician at Able Services from 2019 to 2020. Phillip P then joined Urban Renaissance Group as a Senior Engineer from 2020 to 2023 before becoming the Chief Building Engineer. Furthermore, in 2019, Phillip P obtained the AD01 Electrical Administrator certification from WA Labor and Industries.
