Rebecca Uusitalo

Rebecca Uusitalo is an accomplished senior general manager with extensive experience in property management and real estate development. Currently, at Urban Renaissance Group since May 2012, Rebecca has played a pivotal role in overseeing a diverse portfolio in Seattle and expanding operations in Denver, having re-joined the company in 2016. Previous roles include general manager responsible for an 800,000 square foot office portfolio in Bellevue, Washington, and consultant managing LEED EBOM recertification for nine suburban properties. Prior experience includes general manager at Cushman & Wakefield and property manager at Unico Properties LLC. Rebecca holds a Certificate in Real Estate Development from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the University of California, Davis, with recent completion of the Dale Carnegie Breakthrough to Success program.
