Dondi Leonidas Quintans

Dondi Leonidas Quintans, MPA has a diverse work experience spanning a wide range of roles and industries. Most recently, Quintans served as the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications at Urban Resource Institute since 2022. Prior to that, Quintans worked as an Independent Consultant, Political Aide, Writer, and Graphic Artist in a self-employed capacity starting in 2004. Quintans also served as the Director of Marketing & Communications at United Way of New York City from 2020 to 2022. Other notable positions include working as the Communications Manager at Charles B. Wang Community Health Center from 2019 to 2021, and as a Special Assistant in Communications and Public Relations at the Office of the Governor of Guam - Lieutenant Governor's Chambers from 2016 to 2017. Quintans also worked as a Senior Project Manager, Communications & Creative Lead, Writer, Event Manager, and Graphic Artist at Galaide Group, LLC from 2009 to 2016, where they collaborated with senior executives in diversified industries and managed various disciplines such as corporate and government communications, community outreach, crisis management, and strategic planning and programming.

Dondi Leonidas Quintans holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of Guam, which was obtained from 2014 to 2015. In addition, Quintans earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication Studies from Seattle University, completed from 2002 to 2006. Quintans has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in subjects such as communicating to drive people to take action, Ken Blanchard on servant leadership, emotional intelligence, and writing in plain language.
