Amanda Carne is the Chief Operating Officer at Urban Rest Apartments, where Amanda oversees operations at the company. Carne also has experience as a Manager in Customer Consulting and Customer & Strategy Consulting at PwC. Amanda holds a B.S. Honors degree in Finance and International Business from the University of Maryland.
