Tyler Anderson's work experience includes various leadership roles in the automotive industry. Tyler started their career at CDK Global, where they directed the design and development of automotive eBusiness and CRM training and consulting. Tyler then moved on to Vehix.com, where they served as the Vice President of Dealer Products and Services, responsible for new product development. After that, they worked at 5Square Systems as the Director of Training. Following their time at 5Square Systems, Tyler joined Overstock.com as the Director of Cars, where they rebuilt the auto business and proposed a new business plan. Tyler later became the Director of Emerging Businesses at Overstock.com, handling new business development in various categories.

Tyler then transitioned to Dealer.com, where they held several roles including Director of Strategic Partnerships, Director of Business Development, and Senior Director of Product Strategy. Tyler managed strategic partnerships with major media and technology partners while exploring new growth areas for the Dealer.com advertising platform.

Next, they joined TrueCar, Inc. as the Senior Director of Business Development and Strategy, responsible for creating long-term partnerships with organizations. Tyler led all aspects of the business development lifecycle, including prospecting, presenting, solution definition, and contract negotiation.

Tyler then joined ALG, a TrueCar Company, as the Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives, before moving to Dealertrack as the Director of Business Development and Strategy, where they led strategic partnerships for four Cox Automotive brands.

Prior to their current role, Tyler founded Urban Sailor Coffee, a local specialty coffee roaster and retailer, starting as a mobile coffee cart and later opening a brick-and-mortar coffee shop and acquiring a local coffee roasting business.

Throughout their career, Tyler has demonstrated expertise in research and business development, strategic partnerships, product planning, and corporate strategy development within the automotive industry.

Tyler Anderson attended Weber State University from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Finance.
