James Korotney

James Korotney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. James started their career as a Systems Consultant at JDM Systems Consultants and later moved on to become an Architect at Delphi. At Electronic Data Systems (EDS), they worked as a Technical Project Manager. James then joined Asset Acceptance as a Senior Architect, where they played a vital role in assessing the architecture and SDLC sections of the company's debt collection system. James also worked as an IT Consultant and Architect at Active Aero Group, where they provided project management and process improvement consulting services. James's experience at General Motors involved managing the strategy development for the global design and refresh of the company's facility physical security systems. James worked as a Consultant specializing in project management and IT architecture at Accretive Solutions. At Compuware, they held the position of Technical Consultant/Architect. Currently, James serves as the Global Data Services Director at Urban Science, where they are responsible for providing technology leadership and ensuring alignment between business and technology strategy. James also oversees the architectural aspects of key product lines. Furthermore, James held a leadership position as VP Engineering and Product Development, and a member of the Board of Directors at Idetix, Inc, where they initiated the development of the company's primary product and played a key role as the primary architect and software developer.

James Korotney completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan in 1992. James then pursued a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, which they successfully attained in 1994.
