Dean Gruskin

Dean Gruskin has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dean is the Co-Founder of Urban Swan since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Entrepreneur at Antler from April to June 2021. Dean was also a Co-Founder at Young Professionals in Lending (YPIL) from July 2020 to February 2021. Dean worked at Credabl as a Strategic Projects team member from May 2019 to January 2021, and earlier as an Intern from September 2018 to May 2019. Dean was involved in Strategic Projects at Maia Financial from May 2019 to January 2020. In addition, Dean founded and served as the President of The UNSW Sports Business Club from June 2018 to October 2019. Dean worked as a Compliance Associate at Afterpay from September 2016 to September 2018. Dean also had international work experiences as an Exchange Student at the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School from August 2017 to May 2018. Dean began their career at Management Consultancy International, where they held roles as Junior Operations Coordinator, Student Admissions Officer, and Administrative Assistant from January 2015 to February 2016.

Dean Gruskin attended Moriah College from 2007 to 2014, where they completed their high school education. Dean then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from UNSW, starting in 2016 and graduating in 2020. In 2017, Dean also enrolled at The Wharton School, where they studied Finance, General for a year. No specific degree was mentioned for their time at The Wharton School.
