Rajiv Patkar is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in management and consultancy. As the Founder & Director of Backpack International since February 2015 and the Founder & Director of Nutshell Consultancy since March 2012, Rajiv has focused on training and consultancy services. Previously, Rajiv served as Business Head for Key Accounts at Indian Home Variations & Distributions LLP from August 2011 to January 2013, managing the distribution of premium home products through modern trade channels. Rajiv also held the position of General Manager at Creative Portico (I) Pvt Ltd, leading the Key Account Team, and worked as a Category Manager at Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., focusing on business development and advertising. Rajiv completed a Master's of Management Studies in Marketing from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in 2004 and holds an ICSE degree from Jamnabai Narsee School.
