Urban Ventures
Luke Trouten currently serves as the Director of Development and Associate Director of Advancement at Urban Ventures since 2020, and holds the position of Director at Recharge since 2019. Luke has a strong background in marketing and communication, having previously worked as the Senior Marketing Communications Manager at Urban Ventures, where responsibilities included overseeing project management and collaborating on marketing budgets. Prior to these roles, Luke served as Youth Pastor at Northwood Church from 2006 to 2018, and held an interim youth pastor position at Bemidji Covenant Church. Additionally, Luke contributed to YouthWorker Journal as a Tools Reviewer. Luke holds a B.A. in Youth Ministry and Biblical Studies from Oak Hills Christian College, obtained in 2006.
