Christopher D. Fagerstrom

Christopher D. Fagerstrom has extensive experience in the aging and disabilities sector, currently serving as a Board Member at Urban Vision since January 2024. Since December 1998, Christopher has held various leadership roles at Direction Home Akron Canton Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities, ascending from Assistant Vice President to Senior Vice President, overseeing upwards of 140 divisional staff and the care of over 7,500 frail older adults and individuals with functional deficits. Earlier in the career, Christopher was an Assistant Social Worker at Chapel Hill Retirement Community and holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Malone University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from The University of Akron.
