Helen Monahan has worked at UrbanVolt since 2022 as an Operations Coordinator. Prior to that, they worked at Paddy Power Betfair starting in 2017. At Paddy Power Betfair, they held various roles including Senior CX Specialist from March 2020 to June 2021, Customer Experience Specialist from January 2019 to March 2020, and Commercial Graduate from September 2017 to January 2019.

Helen Monahan completed their Master's degree in Sustainable Development from the University of Sussex from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce International with Chinese from University College Dublin, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. As part of their undergraduate studies, Helen also attended Renmin University of China for an unspecified period and The University of Nottingham Ningbo China from 2015 onwards.

In addition to their formal education, Helen obtained several online certifications. In December 2017, they completed courses in Advertising Foundations, Branding Foundations, Learning Bitcoin, and Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn. Helen also obtained certifications in Agile Project Management Foundations, Asking Great Sales Questions, Critical Thinking, and The New Rules of Work from LinkedIn in 2017, with the specific months varying for each certification.
