Rich Grannell

Rich Grannell currently serves as the Head of Quality Assurance at Urban Zoo since July 2018, having previously held the title of Senior Project Manager. Prior to this role, Rich spent nearly two decades at PlayStation from August 1999 to May 2018, where responsibilities included GFQA Mastering Technician, Games Tester, and Pre Alpha Tester. Rich's foundational education was completed at Anfield Comprehensive School.
