Michael Niezgoda

Michael Niezgoda is an experienced professional in urban development and market research with a robust background in real estate analysis. Currently serving as the Manager of Market Research and Development at Urbanation Inc. since August 2020, Michael provides expertise on market feasibility for high-rise condominium and rental projects in the Greater Toronto and Ottawa areas.
