Blair J. Rath

Blair J. Rath currently serves as an Assistant Superintendent at Rycon Construction, Inc. and has held a similar role at UrbanCore Construction since February 2020. Blair's extensive experience in the construction and theatre industries includes positions such as Master Carpenter for Moscow Ballet and A Night with Janis Joplin, and Technical Director for Adventure Stage Chicago, focusing on overseeing set construction, collaboration, and labor management. Additional roles include Head Carpenter at Prather Touring and Scenic Carpenter at Steppenwolf Theatre Company. Blair holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Technical Theatre/Theatre Design and Technology from the University of Montana Missoula and has studied Environmental Science at Southern New Hampshire University.
