Bala Vignesh

Bala Vignesh has worked in a variety of roles in the financial services industry. Bala began their career in 2003 as an ECorp CAT at ICICI Bank. In 2006, they moved to Citibank India, where they worked as an executive in Citi Phones and was responsible for handling inbound calls for Credit Cards. Bala was also the Trainer Of the Team (TOT) of a 20 member team and reviewed the query resolution module for the entire team. In 2008, Bala Vignesh joined Urbane Systems LLC as an Account Manager and Recruiter.
