Michael C. Ross

Michael C. Ross has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as Vice President Operations at Urbanex Pest Control. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Operations and Director of Process Improvement at Vektek, LLC, where they implemented PowerBI, led cross-departmental goal setting management, and organized Kaizen events. Before that, they were a Business Analyst Research Fellow at Vektek, focusing on increasing production capacity. Michael C. also spent time as an LGO Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where they earned an MBA and Master of Science. In their military career with the United States Marine Corps, they held various leadership positions, including Captain and Assistant Operations Officer, Captain and Executive Officer, and 1stLt and Platoon Commander. Michael C. began their professional journey as an LCpl Rifleman in the Marines.

Michael C. Ross attended the United States Naval Academy from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering. Later, from 2018 to 2020, they pursued further education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Manufacturing. During the same period, they also attended the MIT Sloan School of Management, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
