Jennifer Holt

Jennifer Holt is a data scientist with over fifteen years of experience in the field. Jennifer began their career as a software engineer, working on data processing and software development for astronomical observatories. In 2011, they transitioned into a role as a science operations specialist, working with astronomers to optimize their data collection and analysis. In 2015, they joined The Climate Corporation as a lead data scientist, where they worked on developing data-driven solutions to climate change. In 2021, they joined UrbanFootprint as their lead data scientist.

Jennifer Holt has a Master's in Applied Mathematics with a focus in Fluid Dynamics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and a B.S. in Physics with a focus in Astrophysics from the same school.

Jennifer Holt reports to Moorea Brega, Director, Data Science. Jennifer Holt works with Dhruvi Kothari - Solutions Data Analyst, Tyler Bradford - Solutions Data Analyst, and Varun Bhargava - Data Scientist.
