Adam Bate

Adam Bate is a Chief Technology Officer, Head Of Development, and Technical Lead at Urbanise since November 2020. Adam is responsible for designing and developing a new platform, recruiting resources for delivery, managing offshore teams, and defining requirements with product managers. Prior to their current role, Adam worked as a Consultant at Adam J Bate and Development Director at Crowley Carbon. Throughout their career, Adam has shown expertise in API design, integration implementation, system development using Java, React, Spring Boot, and React Development. Adam has experience in managing and expanding development teams, opening development centers, and fulfilling various roles in agile coaching, solution architecture, and development management. Adam holds a BCS degree from Monash University.
