Chinju Koshy

Chinju Koshy has a diverse work experience in the field of software support and consultancy. Chinju is currently working at Urbanise as a Software Support Consultant. Prior to that, they worked at PROTECHnology Middle East as a Technical Manager, where they also served as a Brand Manager for the Kanguru storage solution and provided frontend support for ERPNext software and implementation. Chinju was responsible for monitoring and managing the Reseller's POS at PROTECHnology Middle East.

Before joining PROTECHnology Middle East, Chinju worked at Matrix BMS as a Technical Consultant. In this role, they provided technical expertise and support to clients.

Chinju also worked at Focus Softnet as a Technical Support Consultant, where they acted as the single point of contact for clients and provided technical support. Chinju was involved in planning, configuring, installing, and rolling out software on Servers with SQL Platform. Additionally, Chinju collaborated with the commercial team to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.

Earlier in their career, Chinju worked at Exactus Systems, JLT as a Functional Consultant, and at Srishti Innovative as a Quality Analyst.

Chinju Koshy obtained a Bachelor's Degree in B.Tech in Information Technology from Anna University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in E-Business at Annamalai University, completing their education there from 2013 to 2015.
