Datsko Petrunov

Datsko Petrunov has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Datsko started their career at Iphos as a Java Developer from April 2013 to May 2014. Datsko then joined SmartIT - Smart Innovative Technologies as a Software Developer, specializing in iOS and Java, from May 2014 to September 2016. During this time, they developed internal iOS applications, RESTful services, and custom native controls for iOS. Since September 2016, Datsko has been working at Urbanise in various roles. Datsko started as a Java Software Engineer, where they developed message-oriented middlewares and integrated distributed systems. Currently, they hold the position of Lead Software Engineer at Urbanise and is responsible for developing an n-tier enterprise application using a wide range of technologies such as Redis, Memcached, ElasticSearch, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Docker.

Datsko Petrunov attended New Bulgarian University from 2009 to 2014, where they pursued two consecutive degrees. In 2009, they started a Bachelor of Science (BS) program in Computer Software Engineering, which they completed in 2014. During the same period, from 2010 to 2014, they also pursued a degree in Networking Technologies, specializing in Computer Science.
