Michelle Garlick

Michelle Garlick currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Urbanise, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle accumulated diverse financial experience in various organizations, including finance positions at BSA Limited and Quantum Brilliance, as well as serving as Group Financial Controller at Altium® for nearly a decade. Additional experience includes roles as Tax and Compliance Specialist at Hearing Australia, Group Accountant at iNova Pharmaceuticals, Finance Manager at Altium, and Group Accountant at Nampak. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Commerce Honours degree in Accounting from the University of South Africa, earned between 1997 and 2000, and is an alumnus of Northcliff High School.
