Ana Alves

Ana Alves has over 15 years of experience in administrative and customer service roles. Currently serving as Gestora clientes at URBANOS since July 2015, Ana previously worked at Banco Invest S.A. as Técnica grau IV, focusing on public service. Prior to that, Ana held positions in administrative capacities at CME - Construção e Manutenção Electromecânica, SA, and Media Markt, where responsibilities included back office tasks, customer support, and inventory management. Beginning a career at SONAE as Aprovisionadora, Ana has developed a diverse skill set in administration and client management. Ana holds a 12° Ano from Escola Secundária Infante Dom Pedro and completed a computer course at Escola de Informática.
