Diana Melissa Silva Cumpa

Diana Melissa Silva Cumpa has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Diana Melissa started their career at SoftBrilliance as a Web Support Developer, where they worked on website construction and documentation. Diana Melissa then moved on to Edegel - Endesa as a Practitioner in Information Technology, where they refined processes and interacted with vendors. At Banco de Crédito BCP, Diana worked as an Assistant in Technology and later as a Functional Analyst, leading IT projects and coordinating with suppliers. Diana Melissa then joined Interbank as a Tech Analyst, responsible for Agile projects and coordination of testing. Finally, they worked at Enel Perú as a Project Manager, overseeing web and mobile projects and managing demand. Currently, Diana serves as the Technical Product Owner Lead at Urbanova, leading innovation projects and providing digital platforms for marketing.

Diana Melissa Silva Cumpa holds a Master's degree in Information Technology Management from Universidad ESAN, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Diana Melissa also obtained a Master of Technology degree from La Salle BCN in 2018. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma in Business Analytics and Information Management from CENTRUM PUCP from 2015 to 2016. In 2013, Diana completed a workshop on Project Management in Software at CIBERTEC, and in 2012, they attended a workshop on Business Intelligence with SQL Server 2008 R2 at Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería. Diana Melissa'sundergraduate education was in Systems Engineering and Informatics, which they pursued from 2008 to 2013 at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.

Diana has also obtained certifications in Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Coursera in 2021 and in Innovation and Creativity from Harvard Business Publishing.
