Micaela Rivera Zalvidea

Micaela Rivera Zalvidea is an experienced commercial executive currently working at Urbanova since November 2020, where responsibilities include client portfolio management and commercial space placement through prospecting, negotiation, and closing with potential clients. Prior roles include Assistant Commercial at Urbanova, focusing on new client negotiations and contract management, as well as positions at ABL Partners and La Fiduciaria, where Micaela developed business reports, analyzed commercial information, and facilitated new client acquisitions. Micaela holds a degree in Administration from Universidad de Lima and a certification in Negotiation and Commercial Persuasion from ISIL Aprende Haciendo, completed in December 2022.
