Sreeparna Sen

Sreeparna Sen has been working at UrbanPiper since 2020, where they currently hold the role of Lead Customer Success Manager for the MENA region, after having previously served as Senior Customer Success Manager for the same region. Prior to UrbanPiper, Sen worked at Instavans from 2016 to 2020, where they held the roles of Manager - Strategy & Projects (SaaS), Compliance Executive, and Management Associate. As Compliance Executive, Sen was responsible for assisting in building up SOPs for various departments, working closely with top management to support them in the execution of tasks, gathering and organizing information about problems to be solved, and recommending future modifications by data analysis. Additionally, they prepared various management-related reports and coordinated with every department, met with managers, and assessed their work processes. Sreeparna also developed and led strategic recruitment initiatives within the organization and supported Talent Acquisition.

Sreeparna Sen completed their Master of Science in Human Resources from IHM Bangalore in 2016, having started in 2014.
