Kevin Cruz

Kevin Cruz has extensive experience in sales, partnerships, and business development. Kevin currently holds the position of VP, Partnerships at UrbanSitter and is responsible for establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships. Prior to this, Kevin was the VP, Partnerships and Sales at Wagmo, where they developed and marketed pet healthcare plans. Before Wagmo, Kevin served as the Regional Vice President at One Medical, a primary care network utilizing technology and operational redesign to deliver high-quality care. Kevin also held the roles of Vice President of Business Development and Director of Business Development at UrbanSitter, where they implemented a comprehensive childcare solution for companies. Earlier in their career, Kevin worked as the Head of Operations at TenderTree, contributing to various areas of the business, including marketing and customer service. Kevin also held positions at TaskRabbit, Persimmon II LLC - An Idaho-based Development Company, Persimmon Corporation, and Yelp.com, where they gained experience in business marketing, project management, and sales. Kevin's diverse background in sales, partnerships, and operations makes him a valuable asset in driving business growth and fostering strategic relationships.

Kevin Cruz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Berkeley. Kevin also completed a summer program at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a summer institute for general management at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Level 1 Raise The Bar Certified Leader from Raise The Bar in December 2021.
